Description

I am Linh Pham, a criminal defence lawyer based in Regina. My practice is dedicated exclusively to criminal defence, and I have been practising since 2014. DUI and impaired driving cases are a regular part of my work, and I also see clients in Saskatoon.

Impaired driving defence in Regina

Being charged is not the same as being convicted. In an impaired driving case I look closely at the breathalyzer results and the police procedures behind them: why you were stopped, whether the demands were lawful, how and when the samples were taken, and whether you were given your right to speak with a lawyer. Where the evidence was gathered improperly, I challenge it.

I defend impaired driving, over .08 and drug-impaired driving allegations, along with drug offences, assault, firearms and theft charges, and I handle bail hearings. Arrests often happen at night or on weekends, so I am available 24/7.

I accept clients funded by Legal Aid Saskatchewan, and I offer private retainers with flexible payment options.

My practice areas

  • DUI and Impaired Driving
  • Drug Offences
  • Domestic Violence and Assault
  • Firearms and Weapons Offences
  • Theft and Fraud
  • Bail Hearings

Where I help

My Regina office is in the Warehouse District, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. I also meet clients at 111 2nd Avenue South in Saskatoon and represent people in courts across Saskatchewan.

Charged with impaired driving in Regina? Key facts

From Saskatchewan DUI Lawyers: in Saskatchewan, a Criminal Code impaired driving charge brings an immediate licence suspension that lasts until the charge is resolved in court, plus a vehicle impoundment. Drivers with a blood alcohol level of .04 to .08, and any driver affected by drugs, also face roadside suspensions and impoundment from SGI, and new drivers face zero tolerance. See Saskatchewan DUI penalties and our guide to Saskatchewan impaired driving laws. The province has also proposed new administrative penalties for drivers over .08, which are not yet law. A conviction for impaired driving, over 80 or refusal brings a fine, a driving prohibition and a criminal record, so speak with a lawyer early. Read about impaired driving charges in Saskatchewan.
